Buyers have to read and agree with all of our Terms and Conditions, Warranty Policy, Shipping & Handling, Payments instructions before buying. Please ensure you understand these conditions clearly before buying. When you start to buy our products, it means you have accepted all the terms.

The buyer must complete the transaction by checkout and payment following the details described in product listing.

PAYMENTS

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa or Master card, Bank Deposit, Internet transfer, Money order, Bank cheque.

Once your payment has cleared, we will ship your item within 1-2 business days.

Please include your email and postal address as well as the Item number as reference for all Bank deposit and Internet transfer payments, failure to do so will result us in delaying identifying your payment, therefore delaying posting of the item to you. For Internet Transfer, the transfer receipt can be emailed to us to speed up identifying your payment.

Some of our items sell with varying freight costs. Please enter the delivery address postcode into the shipping calculator to find the freight cost to your area. Website should update your Freight cost into the checkout process once you have committed to a purchase. If checkout gets stuck and does not allow you to proceed, simply use your browser's Back button to return to the option and try again. If you are still having problems adding the shipping cost, or unable to make payment, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

After you have made your payment, please double check that we received:

  • Your best contact numbers and 
  • Confirmation of the delivery address.

 

This will make sure your item arrives to the correct place and the courier knows how to reach you for fast and safe delivery.

Final purchase amount is in Australian dollars and includes GST.

WEBSITE CHECKOUT

After you have made a purchase, please provide us with your best CONTACT NUMBERS and CONFIRMATION OF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.

Where shipping cost apply, please make sure the product’s cost plus the correct shipping charge as estimated to the delivery address.

If you are having a problem adding the cost of transport, please let us know and we’ll find the way to solve it.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

At present, shipment is only within Australia. No pick up is currently available, unless stated otherwise.

Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. Delivery usually takes approximately 2 to 7 working days for major city metropolitan areas and 5 to 12 working days for outback areas. Large items might take more time please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Buyers will be able to trace the postage sent by Australia Post online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number.

Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment. Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid unless confirmed by a received email. OZeHome is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers.

Please supply correct telephone number/s (preferably mobile phone), for the courier to call when delivering a large item. Also it is very important to make sure someone is always available to sign for the item; otherwise there will be a delay for re-delivery after an unsuccessful first delivery. The courier providers (not Australia Post), normally contact the buyer prior to the delivery day.

Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for an item that is undeliverable and/or returned to OZeHome due to incorrect delivery address. This also includes failure to provide an answered phone number which is essential to facilitate delivery of bulky/heavy goods.

If the delivery address is correct and the first delivery is still unsuccessful with no buyer fault incurred, the courier will leave the card on how to contact them. Re-delivery will be FREE of charge to the buyer.

Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm), on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Items will only be dispatched after payment is cleared.

Delivery is carried by either Australia Post or a nationwide courier company to residential or commercial addresses.

Delivery to a PO Box is only carried by Australia Post. In some areas this is not available. Also goods over 22kg weight and/or 1m length cannot be carried by Australia Post.

Your item will be shipped as a Registered Post package and will require signatory.

Our couriers provide one driver on a truck. Please make sure you have someone that's capable of helping the driver remove the item from the truck. The couriers only deliver to ground level, no steps, sheds or backyards. If you have any special request for a special service will be required and extra charges may apply. Our couriers will not be responsible for any assembling work.

FEEDBACK INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend that the buyer give us feedback after receiving the item. This way we will better understand buyers’ needs and will be committed to meet your requirements at the best level possible.

WARRANTY

From the date of purchase OZeHome offers a 1 Year warranty on all products used for private household and a 3 month warranty for commercial use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by: normal wear and tear, accidents, product misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disasters, operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instruction manual, improper assembly & installation, mishandling product during movement from the delivery truck to the buyer’s premises, or other external causes.

The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person/s not authorised by OZeHome to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).

Customers should read the instruction and advice given by manufacturers and suppliers before use.

All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty such as carry bags, cable, batteries etc. and are not assumed to be part of the purchase.

All our products come with guarantees adhering to Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to have goods repaired, replaced or receive refund full or partially if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality or have operating failure.

Faulty on delivery

If items show symptoms of operation failure, defective or broken (aka “DOA”, Dead on Arrival Products), buyers must contact us via email within 7 days with a full detailed description of the issue. OZeHome reserves the rights to reject any claims made after 7 days or at an additional charge (postage and handling) may apply.

If the product is assessed to be DOA, Buyers will receive a replacement part or product or a full or partial refund. When buyers are asked to send back the defective item, a replacement will be sent to buyers after the returned product is received.

The returned DOA products will be our property and the replacement will be buyers’ property. Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products. OZeHome will take full responsibility for the cost of the product and postage fee.

General repairs 

Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution OZeHome can offer may vary. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned to determine fault/issue. Once the fault/issue is clarified, OZeHome may fit replacement part/s or offer replacement part/s to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties.

In the above instances, OZeHome may not accept the warranty claim in cases where the buyer has contributed to the failure, or been misleading in their description of their issues. Where freight costs were incurred by OZeHome to return your item for inspection, compensation to OZeHome may be required prior to releasing the goods, and the item is also returned at the buyer’s expense (not to exceed the original freight cost). Where the items were purchased with free postage, freight costs are 20% of the items cost. Payment will be made to OZeHome within 14 days of being notified of warranty rejection. Where money is owed to OZeHome for repairs and/or postage, OZeHome is entitled to hold onto the item until payment is made.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return.

Buyers must strictly follow our return procedure when returning a faulty item.

OZeHome reserves the rights to provide buyers a replacement part/s, exchange to another new item, or a full or partial refund.

Charges may apply if the product is damaged by the buyer when the returned item is received. There will NOT be a refund if such cases occur.

Postage and Handling may not be refundable if the full refund is required.

Refund will only be processed the same way as the payment was made.

Returning items

If you are required to return an item, Please follow the below steps:

Send an email to info@ozehome.com.au quoting your order number, the item/s you wish to return, and the reason for the return

We will get back to you and, if applicable, issue you a Return Authorisation number (RMA), which must be included on the address label. All other relevant information will be given to you at the same time. OzeHome store will not accept the return of any item/s without an RMA attached.

You are responsible to ensure the product is packed securely to prevent any damage during the return. Failure to do so may result in the withholding of any refund amount and/or our ability to provide further service.

Freight arrangements for the delivery will vary depending upon the time that has expired since purchase and reason for the return of the item.

14 Day Money back Guarantee

If for any reason you Change Your Mind about your purchase, we are happy to work with you to return the item. To qualify for this offer, it is important to follow the guidelines below:

We must be notified within 14 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. The item must then be returned within 14 days of this notification, (see Returning Items information above).

The item must be returned in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging, ready to be put back on the shelf.

The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in original condition when received.

Do NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.

The refund amount will also have original freight costs deducted. If the item was sent with free postage, a 20% postage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the item has sustained damage in transit, or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.
